My name is Andreea Ionică and I’m happy to join Mikhail in his journey of making the world a better place for Scrum Framework lovers.
Myself in a nutshell:
- Motivated Agile Coach, with a technical background, and broad experience in working on software development projects.
- Big fan of the Agile values and principles, I love how agile teams have a lot of freedom in creating their own rules by adapting the way they work along the way.
- I like the Scrum Framework in particular and have been successfully playing by its rules since 2012, either wearing the hat of a Development Team member or the one of a Scrum Master.
- Successfully delivering Scrum trainings and supporting trainees in their journey to passing certification exams from Scrum.org.
